Many AV Conference rooms at Merck and Co. are using RV042G Cisco Routers. But those units fail due to a poor 12V power supplies included with them.
On Oct 2019, we ordered ten 12V/2A Power Supplies from you guys, to replace the existing ones. They are working perfectly.
