Works Well

About as simple a setup on my xu4s as you could possibly hope for. Plug it in, turn it on, then just configure the wireless settings like I would on any other wireless device. I haven't pushed the range, but in day to day use has been on par with my devices that have built in wifi. Where they work, it works. Well worth the money.
