OS Release: Ubuntu 18.04 with Wayland Acceleration for ODROID-N2

As mentioned in yesterday's blog post, the ODROID-N2 now has a Wayland-accelerated image for Ubuntu 18.04 available. Download the latest version from https://dn.odroid.com/S922X/ODROID-N2/Wayland/

I click on the link above that describes that it is an ENTIRE version of Ubuntu with the already installed Wayland-acceleration. However when I click the link and download the wayland-drm_arm64.tar.gz and decompress it, its just some files. No image? no .img file. how do I get this to boot on my N2?
