10/10 Product and customer service!

I received a heatsink with bent fins, but they immediately shipped a new one once I notified them without any fuss, and the new one I got is perfect for cooling my old Odroid XU3! Works a lot better than the original heatsink by far when paired with a 40mm fan I had, and the fan might not even be necessary.
