While primarily designed for wireless hardware applications in conjunction with nRF Connect for Desktop, it's important to note that the Dongle lacks debug support, offering only programming and USB communication capabilities for other use cases.

The nRF52840 Dongle seamlessly integrates with most nRF Connect for Desktop applications, automatically undergoing programming when necessary. Moreover, users can compile and download custom applications to the Dongle. Featuring a user-programmable RGB LED, a green LED, a programmable button, and 15 GPIO accessible through castellated solder points along the edge, this dongle provides a versatile platform.
