@Carl – Yes, you can write an eMMC or microSD card from Linux. However, most of our users have a Windows or Mac system as their main computer. We do also have some tutorials on how to image using balenaEtcher or dd on Linux.
So … you can’t do this from Linux? Seems odd.
@Sillion – Is this just one module? Or do you have multiple eMMC modules with the same problem?
Normally, we don’t bother with trying to partition these on Windows as Windows doesn’t recognize the Android and Linux filesystems commonly in use on the systems that accept these eMMC modules. Can you image it with an image for your single board computer using balenaEtcher or Win32DiskImager?
With that said, this blog post is probably not the best place to get speedy assistance. Instead, try posting your question on the ODROID Forum at http://forum.odroid.com
