In-Person Setup (Limited Areas)

We'll come to your location, install Home Assistant on your hardware (purchased from us or elsewhere), perform the initial configuration, set up key integrations (such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi devices, etc.), and teach you the basics so you can confidently take over.
Virtual Remote Assistance (Available Nationwide)
For customers anywhere in the US, schedule a video/audio call where we'll guide you step-by-step through the entire process in real-time—we will help you perform the initial configuration, set up key integrations (such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi devices, etc.), and teach you the basics so you can confidently take over.
This pilot program is designed specifically to help beginners get started smoothly. We're starting small to ensure the highest quality experience and to evaluate whether this is a service we can expand long-term.
