Route Shipping Insurance - Why You Should Make Sure to Include it on Your Order

Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments, including Canada) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Please remember to file a claim at claims.route.com no later than 30 days since the last tracking update otherwise we will not be able to help you with the claim.

For orders marked as delivered but that have not arrived make sure to file a claim no sooner than 5 days and no later than 15 days since the delivery date.

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items.

When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. Route does not pay custom/duty fees.

1.- When you get to claims.route.com, you will need to provide with the email you used to made the purchase and the order number that starts with AD.

2.- You will get a page with all the items from your purchase, select all items, or just the ones you want to file a claim for.

3.- Select the issue you are having with your order.

4.- Complete the information required and wait for Route to get back to you.
