5V/3A USB Power Supply US w/USB-A to USB-C Cable 3ft

The USB-A won't plug into the block. I'm guessing it's a manufacturing issue. No gap on the inner left side of the blocks USB port. See pic.

The cable itself works though, if you have somewhere to plug the USB-A into.
