Aqara Thermostat Hub W200
The Aqara Thermostat Hub W200 is a 24 V smart thermostat and a hub in one wall unit. A 4-inch color touchscreen runs the HVAC system, and the same device is a Zigbee hub, Thread border router, and Matter controller. Built-in temperature, humidity, and mmWave presence sensing sit behind the glass.

NOTES
- This listing is the single thermostat. The C-wire adapter is not included
- Check your wires before you buy. No C-wire means the separate Aqara C-wire adapter needs to be purchased separately if needed
- Do not connect it to line-voltage heat
- Works with Home Assistant over Matter (Wi-Fi). Set it up in the Aqara Home app first, then copy the Matter pairing code from the device menu (Third-Party Matter Ecosystems) and add it in Home Assistant under Add Matter device. You get climate control plus temperature, humidity, and presence. Fan control and doorbell or lock features stay in the Aqara app.
- Apple Adaptive Temperature and Clean Energy Guidance need an iPhone or iPad on version 26 or later, plus a Home hub for Adaptive Temperature. Clean Energy Guidance is contiguous US only
- Doorbell snapshot and lock unlock need compatible Aqara hardware and setup in the Aqara Home app
- Matter pairing is done from the Aqara Home app after the account is set up
