It functions as a voice input terminal (satellite) with local wake word detection and provides audio playback through its built-in speaker. Audio is captured locally and processed via your Home Assistant host, keeping everything private and local.
This device is ideal for Home Assistant enthusiasts who want to deploy multiple voice satellites throughout their home. Connect it to your Wi-Fi (via Improv provisioning) and add it as a Wyoming Protocol satellite in Home Assistant for instant local voice control.
