Control stick jitter after a few months of use :(

I originally bought this from the Walmart website as an alternative as a budget alternative for my broken Xbox controller
(Also the sticker on the face of the controller fell off during shipment)

Anyways, seemingly after a few months of regular use the left control stick began jittering severely with the slightest of inputs as seen below.
I was able to mend the jitter issue via disassembly and with a few Q-tip dabs of 91% isopropyl alcohol on the control sticks contacts, but after a short while it was back to jittering on every input again.

So I don't know what else could be done besides look for ANOTHER replacement which is bummer because I rather liked the design of this controller, oh well. :(
