Trivia Time!
The build quality seems to be good, the only thing was an unpleasant smell. In general, the plug turned out to be too small for my device, but clearly as indicated in the parameters (I overlooked the size). Even though I didn't need it, it's still good. And there was a delicious candy in the box that I didn't order, but it was nice 😭💖
Many AV Conference rooms at Merck and Co. are using RV042G Cisco Routers. But those units fail due to a poor 12V power supplies included with them.
On Oct 2019, we ordered ten 12V/2A Power Supplies from you guys, to replace the existing ones. They are working perfectly.
