The NanoPi R3S-LTS is a compact open source dual-Gigabit Ethernet platform from FriendlyElec, built on the Rockchip RK3566 quad-core Cortex-A55 processor running at up to 1.8GHz with a 1T NPU. With two Gbps Ethernet ports, HDMI 2.0 output, a USB 3.0 port and optional 32GB eMMC, it is a good fit for routers, IoT gateways and NAS applications. FriendlyElec ported OpenWrt (FriendlyWrt) to it, it works with Docker CE, and it also supports Debian, Ubuntu, OpenMediaVault and Proxmox VE. This combo comes with FriendlyElec's integrated CNC anodized aluminum metal case.

- Rockchip RK3566: Quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 up to 1.8GHz with a 1T NPU and hardware-accelerated AES encryption/decryption
- Dual Gigabit Ethernet: One native Gbps port (RTL8211F) and one PCIe Gbps port (RTL8111H). FriendlyElec measured 934 Mbps TX / 941 Mbps RX on the native port and 934 Mbps TX / 936 Mbps RX on the PCIe port (iperf3)
- CNC Metal Case: Integrated anodized aluminum case. In FriendlyElec's full-load test at 24°C room temperature, the R3S-LTS in its metal case held 1.8GHz with CPU temperature staying below 50°C
- Display & Audio: HDMI 2.0 Type-A output, 30-pin MIPI-DSI FPC connector and a speaker connector
- Flexible Storage: microSD slot (UHS-I SDR104) plus optional 32GB onboard eMMC
- USB 3.0 & USB-C: USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A host port, and USB-C for 5V power and data
- USB WiFi Ready: FriendlyWrt supports plug-and-play USB WiFi (RTL8821CU/RTL8811CU, RTL8812BU, RTL8812AU, RTL8851BU, MediaTek MT7662) with Access Point mode by default
- FriendlyWrt with Docker: Run ARM64 Docker apps such as Home Assistant, Jellyfin, Nextcloud and more

What's Included:
- 1 × NanoPi R3S-LTS Combo: NanoPi R3S-LTS board with CNC anodized aluminum metal case (RAM/eMMC per selected option)
NOTES
- Variants differ only in memory and storage: 1GB RAM with no eMMC, or 2GB RAM with 32GB onboard eMMC. Both include the metal case.
- The 1GB RAM / no eMMC version boots from a microSD card. FriendlyElec recommends a Class 10 or faster microSD card of 8GB or larger.
- Power: USB-C 5V input (non-PD). FriendlyElec recommends a 5V/3A USB-C power adapter. A power supply and microSD card are not listed as included.
- Serial console settings: 1500000 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, no flow control.
- Compared with the original NanoPi R3S, the R3S-LTS adds HDMI output, a speaker interface and a power button.
- Firmware is continuously updated. OS images, documentation and support are provided by FriendlyElec at wiki.friendlyelec.com.
