The Power Drop Board is a specialized solution designed to ensure the reliable operation of the Auto-reboot function on ODROID-M1 and M2 systems during momentary power interruptions.
DC Plug Cable Assembly (5.5mm) is not included
Key functions:
Rapid Capacitor Discharge: In the event of a brief power failure, this board forces the large-capacity capacitors inside the Power Supply (AC/DC adapter) to discharge rapidly.
PMIC Auto-reboot Reliability: By ensuring the input voltage drops below the PMIC’s threshold quickly, it prevents the PMIC from entering a “frozen” state and guarantees a successful auto-reboot when power is restored.
Fixes “No Power” Issues: Specifically designed to resolve instances where the M2 and M1 fails to power back on after a short brownout or power dip.
