I'm really enjoying switching from SmartThings to Home Assistant in our new home. Better integration and more options. The refurbished unit has been rock solid

I purchased a refurbished unit to save a few dollars.
Unit worked as expected perfectly there were no imperfections simple plug and play with Home Assistant

If I’m being honest, the shipping speed was a bit average compared to modern "instant" expectations (which usually feels like a -1 star), but the team more than made up for it with a gesture I never see anymore: a handwritten "Thank you" on the receipt in the package. That personal touch immediately earned that star back! It’s great to support a business that actually cares about its customers.

I had trouble pairing thread devices because one of my HomePod minis wasn’t talking nicely. The diagnose, go through every thread border router and try to send the credentials to your phone from it. Reboot any of them that fail or take forever. This fixed pairing for me. Now I just have to figure out why the ZBT-2 disconnects sometimes and needs to be re-flashed to reconnect.

I would never have known this was a refurbished piece of equipment - the packaging was fully in tact and the hardware was in flawless condition. And of course it works great. So much more reliable than what I had before (SmartThings integrated hub) - no drops at all.

This works so much better than my old slzb-06. My zigbee devices respond quite a bit faster. Turning on the zigbee lights used to get stuck for 1-3 seconds. With this coordinator there is no lag. I recommend it!

Works after you find that hidden home assistant setting in the android "companion app" settings under the trouble shooting section for sync thread creds.

It works as expected

Shipping was super fast, and installation was plug-and-play. I set it up for Zigbee, and adding devices through ZHA was a breeze. I'm definitely planning to get another one when I decide to expand to Matter support, too!

These charging blocks are reasonably priced and work great to power my Home Assistant Voice Previews. I appreciate this company so much, keep doing what you do.

Using this as substitute to sd card for raspberry pi4b. Used both usb to eMMC board and sd card adapter to write to this eMMC without issues.
